Two weeks in Southern France produced these images. Set off via the Poole ferry to Cherbourg, just south of Cherbourg on the motorway four boards and a roof rack bar decided to part company with the van. Three boards were damaged one ok and worst of all a scratch on the van roof. (No French people or cars were injured/damaged by our low flying boards) Next part of the trip to Biarritz continued without incident and we duly arrived at our campsite. I then promptly went down with a flu bug the next day. There was sunshine but the surf was not the best!!!!! After the first week massive swell was forecast and it was indeed big, unfortunately for us it was all on shore winds. Not to be seen off we also enjoyed a vast amount off thunder lightning and rain. Highlight off the 2nd week was the Quicksilver Surf de Nuit (night time flood lit surf show) Well it would off been but this was cancelled on the day. Despite our bad luck over this two week period I still managed to get some pictures from the breaks at Le Penon, Les Chambres and Ondres Plages around Biarritz and Hossogoer hope you like them.
